Buckle is made of Stainless Steel.
Closure at back by velcro , highly adjustable.

The description of the product is accurate. The quality of the item is very good too. l would like to order an additional pouch to fit my current Huawei P20pro phone. That means the pouch need to be slightly taller. Please refer to 2nd photo.
